Pulitzer Prize-winning political cartoonist Jack Ohman talks about the most amazing moment of his career, poet Kevin Young reads from his latest collection, Minnesota Public Radio music host Andrea Swensson reminisces about the time Prince asked her to dance, and The von Trapps musically bid us adieu.

Jack Ohman
Jack Ohman is cartoonist and fly-fishing humorist. For 29 years he was the cartoonist for The Oregonian and is currently the Editorial Cartoonist for the Sacramento Bee. He’s published 10 books and won numerous awards including the 2016 Pultizer Prize for Editorial Cartooning for "cartoons that convey wry, rueful perspectives through sophisticated style that combines bold line work with subtle colors and textures."

Kevin Young
Kevin Young is a poet and teacher of poetry. He studied at Harvard, Stanford and holds a MFA from Brown. He’s the author of eleven volumes and his latest, Blue Laws: Selected and Uncollected Poems 1995-2015, was just published. Other works include Book of Hours, Rdency: A Chronicle of the Amistad Rebels and Jelly Roll.

The von Trapps
The von Trapps (Sofia, Melanie, Amanda and August) are the great-grandchildren of Captain and Maria von Trapp, the real-life inspiration for The Sound of Music. They are also a fantastic singing group who's last album, Dream a Little Dream, was created with Pink Martini.

Andrea Swensson
Andrea Swensson is a music jounalist and host of "The Local Show" on The Current FM, for MPR in the Twin Cities. Since 2005 she's covered Minnesota music and written extensively about Prince. Prior to joining MPR she was the music editor of City Pages, where she founded the AAN Alt-Weekly Award-winning Gimme Noise music blog, and edited and contributed to online music sites Reveille Magazine and HowWasTheShow.com.
