Stephen Tobolowsky - You could watch 50 movies in a row and, if they were the right movies (like Groundhog Day, Memento, or The Time Traveler's Wife), you'd see Stephen Tobolowsky in all of them. In fact Stephen has racked up an extravagant 217 IMDb actor credits, largely by being one of the best character actors in Hollywood. He's also an accomplished author and storyteller, which his latest collection of essays, The Dangerous Animals Club, aptly proves.

Memoirist Paige Parker.

Musical guests - The Doubleclicks - are a nerd-folk duo based in Portland, Oregon who have entertained audiences at pop culture, gaming and sci-fi conventions. Their latest album, Chainmail and Cello is available from their website thedoubleclicks.com and Luz Elena Mendoza with Ali Clarys (of Y La Bamba) Y La Bamba, as you may know, comes from the Spanish "And Bamba" (at least according to Google Translate). Lead singer Luz Elena Mendoza (from the Spanish for "Luz Elena Mendoza") has a voice that NPR's Felix Contreras described as "otherworldly" and "ethereal yet seemingly tortured." She'll be joining us solo to promote the band's 2012 release Court the Storm.
