Let's Be Frank: Former Congressman Barney Frank defends your right to irresponsible behavior and smartly doesn't eat the hot dog we ordered for him, comic Aparna Nancherla reveals what it's like to work for Chris Rock, and our audience rants, all to the strains of singer/songwriter Joe Pug.

Barney Frank
Before he retired in 2013, Barney Frank spent 30 years as one of the US House of Representatives' most effective and popular legislators. Ifn 1987, he was the first member of Congress to come out as gay. His latest book is Frank: A Life in Politics from the Great Society to Same-Sex Marriage.

Aparna Nancherla
A standup comic with a decidedly absurdist point-of-view, Aparna Nancherla has appeared on Conan, @Midnight and as a semi-regular commentator on the totally great but totally-canceled-before-its-time Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell.

Joe Pug
After touring relentlessly for four years, singer/songwriter Joe Pug finally took a breather, and it paid off in spades. His latest release, Windfall has been deemed his best yet by critics who have called him, strangely, a "more urgent, imploring and non-whiny Bob Dylan." They're right. Bob Dylan IS whiney.
